Management and Team Leaders meeting on еру 17th of July 2021


AI.Marketing management representative and team Leaders had a meeting on Sunday, October the 17th of 2021. 


The major points of the meeting were as follows:


1) Perfect Money is accepted again as a payment method for Advertising that was stopped when we experienced delays with PM payments being credited to the merchant account. Withdrawals to PM wallets will be resumed within a few days. 


2) Advertising is launched for the for 50 USD certificates issued in July that were not displayed on accounts. 


3) Ads are launched for all unspent balances except for balances less than 10 USD. We are continuing our work to launch balances that are less than 10 USD on “Unspent” accounts.


4) The company is currently working on: 

- Unspent balances under 10 USD 

- Unprocessed withdrawals for 12.07.21 that were not returned to the accounts 

- Bonuses from 8th to 12th of July


5) Regardless of us writing a multiple news and a notification to use only cold wallets withdrawing TRC20 (Tronlink) many users including Leaders have decided not to follow our instructions and have lost money. Leaders have asked to change the conference dates as many of them wishes to spend Christmas and News Years with the family and friends. The company will take those wishes into consideration as the final Conference date will be set. Campaigns began to launch for the Unspent Advertising budgets
 
Wexford keeps sticking by its promises. On the 26th of August we began to launch new campaigns for the Unspent Advertising budgets according to the “plan to normalize the situation”. Partner income won’t be credited on the unspent budgets re-launch as it has already been credited for these purchases.
 
Unverified and unpaid cashback compensation by Protect fund
 
We decided to start cashback compensation using money from the Protect fund before we gain full access to the cashback accounts. The procedure has already proven itself to be effective one year ago.
 
Buyout (compensation) mechanism
We want to remind you that 45% of the cashback is deducted to the Protect Fund. Starting from the 13th of August 2021, Ai.Marketing, as a temporary measure, takes an obligation to use a half of the deductions of income on Advertising purchases (half of the 45%) for cashback compensation by the Protect fund.
 
Example:
 
1) You have purchased Advertising for 100 USD.
 
2) You will get 55% of earnings to your card balance as usual and you can withdraw those funds immediately.
 
3) Additional 22.5% of earnings will be transferred to the balance “Protect” under the card. This balance reflects the amount that may be used by the Protect fund to compensate for your cashback.
 
4) At the click of a button corresponding amounts of cashback will be compensated from the Protect fund and transferred to your card balance. The amounts on the card are available for the immediate withdrawal.
 
As a result, a half of the deductions of income on Advertising purchases (half of the 45%) will be used for cashback compensation by the Protect fund.
 
These terms will apply to the Advertising purchases that will take place starting from the 13th of August 2021. The verified cashback will be compensated in the first place. And the “pending” cashback in the 2nd place. All the compensated amounts will be available for the withdrawal immediately.
 
Reminder
Protect balance can exceed the amount of cashback that shall be compensated. In this case the client won’t get the full Protect balance but only the amounts that are supposed to be compensated.
 
Important
This is an alternative compensation option for voluntary use only. In case this offer does not suit you for any reason you shall wait for the new upcoming mechanisms or until the company regains the full access to the cashback accounts limited due to the Roskomnadzor blacklisting and pays all the cashback at once to everyone.

AI.Marketing interim report on situation normalization

1. Completed points of the plan
The company has fulfilled p. 1 of the “Work restoration plan” and launched a new cashback platform https://cashbackpro.biz/ to be able to generate links for goods that will not be blocked by providers and search services.

2. Work in progress
As part of the implementation of points 2 and 3 of the "Plan" the process of transferring customer balances to the balances under the card was launched in order to fix the company's obligations. This will allow us to start the process of re-creating advertising campaigns for unspent Advertising Balances before the issue with cashback accounts is resolved.

You will see the balances being transferred from the “Green Card” to the corresponding accounts under the card in the “Previous Campaigns” section.

Management and Team Leaders meeting on 24th of July


An online meeting took place on Saturday, July the 24th of 2020. AI.Marketing representative notified the community of the work progress and Leaders of the international teams have asked the questions passed by their team members.


The major points of the meeting are as follows:


1) Top ups, withdrawals and advertising purchases are closed since the last Wednesday, July the 21st. There is nothing to worry about. The company needed to stop all the activities to be able to proceed with the advertising campaigns re-launch. All the functions of the back offices will be turned back on right after the website gets back to operation.


2) The company has shared an incorrect time estimate required to resume work at the last meeting. The estimate was based on outdated data on the number of active Ad campaigns. We have re-evaluated the scope of work. There are a huge number of stopped active advertising campaigns. For example, it will take 34 days to recalculate the balances of about 3 million clients. (3,000,000 / 60/60/24 = 34.72) if we calculate the balance of 1 client in 1 second. We calculate faster than 1 account balance per second but even with our pace it will take about a week only to write down the balances.

As of now the company estimates that it will need at least another 10 days to get back to normal work.


3) There are rumors spread in some Publics that AI.Marketing team is just trying to buy some time for something .... The simplest thing would be just to blame the authorities that do not allow us to work and scatter south to tropical resorts.


However, we do not do this, and we do not intend to do so. We are taking all measures nessesary to restore normal operation. We understand all the responsibility that lies with us and are going to go only on the right path.


4) Our legal team requested an explanation of the actual reasons for placing the website on the Roscomnadzor blacklist. No response has been received yet. Authorities have up to 30 days to respond to such a request by law.


5) The company held negotiations with business partners and explained the situation honestly. Most of the counterparties agree to continue working with us including payments processing and so on.


A preliminary agreement was reached with the RMB bank card processing. We hope to integrate this method by the time we get back to work or soon after. 


The team is doing its best to normalize the work as soon as possible. We will notify you of the progress in the official news channel.

 We are launching an independent cashback platform similar to Letyshops, so that our traffic can pass through it. This traffic will not be blocked by aggregators. The platform is technically ready. We are integrating cashback programs, CPA networks, etc. to the platform.

Consequences of website blocking

On July 12, 2021, user access to ai.marketing began to be interrupted. At midnight we discovered that due to some anonymous complaint ai.marketing was included in the "list of prohibited resources on the territory of the Russian Federation" by Roskomnadzor. Access to the website would have been restricted under clause 15.3 of the federal law "On information, information technologies and information protection" of 27 July 2006 N 149 -FZ, for "the dissemination of information containing requests of mass riots, the implementation of extremist activities ... "and other formulations that have absolutely nothing to do with Wexford's activities.

Internet providers and various maintained resources are updating their lists and have started blocking traffic to our website.

The circumstances of the blockade itself are highly suspicious. Chronology:

1) We had a very strong DDos attack from July 10-12. The CIS payment processing infrastructure was attacked.

2) This was followed by a sudden block by Roskomnadzor without warning to remove the "illegal" information required by law.

3) We were informed through "unofficial channels" that there are no actual complaints against us and that it was just a pretext. It is still unclear who initiated the whole process.

When attempting to reach the website from Russia, the website is said to be blocked in accordance with clause 15.3 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information" of July 27, 2006, N 149-FZ for "disclosure of information containing appeals for mass riots, carrying out extremist activities ...". But:

1) The company has never uttered any political slogan and Wexford's activities have nothing to do with calls for revolt, the implementation of extremist activities… ”and other formulations of the aforementioned law.

2) Pursuant to paragraph 1.1 of paragraph 15.3 of the aforementioned Law 149-FZ of July 27, 2006, Roskomnadzor had to immediately notify us of the need to remove what they believe to be "illegal" information so that we can voluntarily eliminate the "violations". Which obviously was not done.

Consequentially:

1) The website is not accessible by most internet providers in Russia.

 - It is recommended to install VPN services to access the website.

2) Customers worldwide were unable to access accounts opened using Google and VK as they blocked connections to the "forbidden" website.

- Measures have been taken to restore customer access to accounts. All accounts are acceptable now.

3) The overall payment infrastructure was affected. API communication with banks that accept payments, as well as with payment companies that make cashback payments to customers is interrupted.

- The routing of API messages with payment companies has been changed to restore the smooth functioning of the website's payment infrastructure

4) The cashback operators stopped the cashback payments until Roskomnadzor canceled the block.

- Cashback aggregators constantly monitor traffic sources to be "clean" as retailers do not want to receive allegedly "toxic" traffic which can somehow affect their reputation. When you go from our website to the aggregator site the browser sends "reffer" - a value that allows them to identify the website - the source of the traffic.

After entering the blacklist, the service for our accounts is suspended until we resolve the problem with the blocking. Sales continue to be counted but withdrawals from cashback accounts are limited.

Ai.marketing tech department takes measures to ensure flawless operation of the website. The ai.marketing legal service team is investigating the matter to resolve the issue with the Russian authorities to restore access to the website and remove it from the prohibited resources list.
